SamFit Gym

An existing gym was renovated to house Samfit, a 24-hour gym, as well as Samaritan’s Physical Therapy Department and a tenant space providing massage therapy services. The existing locker rooms were renovated to improve access and privacy. An elevator was added. One existing racquetball court is maintained and opened up to the gym to encourage future utilization. The exterior of the building maintains its coastal aesthetic.  Photography by Oregon Coast Images
