Rock Ridge Dairy

At the dairy farm in Aurora, Rock Ridge has implemented new automation procedures to streamline organic dairy farming with cutting-edge technological advancements.  The building educates the public on this new step forward for organic farming, and also on how this raw organic material is transformed into cheese products. Beginning with the cows and ending in a tasting room, the architecture guides patrons through the building, giving them literal windows into the process in action.
