Local Ocean Restaurant Addition and Renovation

Local Ocean Seafoods is located on Newport’s Historic Bayfront and required an expanded entry addition for customers to speak with the host, wait for a table, and seek protection from inclement weather. A new entry expansion provides much needed space and clear separation between pathways for those waiting, working, and fining.
